Despite the exceptionally cold internal temperatures of the proposed wall, no completely static design can forever resist penetration. To further defeat attempts to breach the wall or tunnel under the wall, the specialized steel coils and rods contain a highly flexible form of dihydrogen oxide, which if a steel rod or coil is breached, quickly fills any voids and immediately hardens into its non-ductile form. These coils and rods are spaced to prevent any tunneling or breaching activity without breaking one or more rods or coils.
